Sheremet showed on the spot how he assembles and disassembles weapons.
During the celebration, permanent member of the Crimean parliament, “ex-regional” Efim Fiks thanked the Crimeans and self-defense for “not letting the fascist underdogs into Crimea.”
Aksenov and his retinue laid wreaths at the monument to the T-34 tank.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, due to the lack of accreditation for the pro-government rally, he had difficulty taking photographs under the walls of the State Council, as well as covering the action. It is worth noting that, since 1991, this is the first time in Crimea that reporter accreditation is required for a public event. From early morning, the approaches to the park with the tank monument were cordoned off not by police, but by people in black with “Lions of Crimea” chevrons.
During today's celebrations in Simferopol, the first stone also appeared in the foundation of the future monument to the Russian militias near the Council of Ministers of Crimea. No one has announced a date for when this monument will appear.
