Today we are adapting to specific managers who can organize this game process today; we are interested in the purely economic effect of the formation of this game structure on the territory of the republic, nothing more. I am sure that the bulk of the money will be brought into the treasury directly by people who do not live in Crimea, or even on the territory of the Russian Federation. It simply requires certain specific conditions for large players who are willing to leave quite a lot of money. A developed infrastructure is needed, there must be an airport nearby, there must be a road and a certain set of requirements directly for the complex itself. A set of these requirements is being assessed today by leading experts—representatives of the People’s Republic of China are working very actively.”
Aksenov emphasized that the Chinese’s income from the gaming zone is “almost twice as high as that of Las Vegas.”

Almost everyone has private jets, each has a certain set of capabilities.
