Aksenov ordered to fight queues in public places with information boards
Information boards must be installed in all government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan involved in issuing certificates and documents to the population.

Crimean Governor Sergei Aksyonov announced this during a meeting with the heads of city and district administrations and heads of executive authorities of the region.
“I receive a large number of requests from citizens. People are outraged by the lack of necessary information. I think that in every Crimean family there are people who have wasted a huge amount of time in queues, including working time. This is an absolutely unacceptable situation! I would like to warn you for the last time: information boards must be installed in all organizations and institutions that issue people with certain certificates and documents. These boards should display all the necessary information so that people can familiarize themselves with it and not stand in queues in vain. Information boards should be in every government agency that works with a large flow of visitors – be it a pension fund, the Federal Migration Service and others. I will ask managers for the lack of information boards,” the press service of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan quotes the governor.
