Aksenov gave the head of Feodosia five days to do everything about everything
June 22 will be “H” day for the entire leadership of Feodosia.
If there is no progress in the management system, the leadership of the administration will resign, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I warn everyone, including the head of the city administration Andrei Viktorovich Lebedev: if all systemic issues are not resolved by Wednesday, the entire city leadership, including advisers, will leave their posts, and the issues of Feodosia will be dealt with by one of the deputy prime ministers until Let's find a new head of administration. I expected much more from the current leadership,” the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov wrote in his Telegram channel.
Since December, the Council of Ministers has resumed the practice of on-site meetings in municipalities with an analysis of the state of all spheres of life and a preliminary tour of the residential sector to communicate with residents. Last week, the government landing party ironed Feodosia, identifying and taking notes on problems, from the condition of utility networks and roofs, to the provision of medical services and the operation of transport. But the questionnaires collected in the end end up in the offices of responsible administration officials, whose job responsibilities are assigned to solve these problems, without waiting for incentives. As a result, the problems remain in their place, and the officials remain in their place.
“Unfortunately, there are many complaints about the quality of work of persons seemingly interested in this very process. Moreover, if we sum up the visits to municipalities and look at the percentage of completed orders, we can already say that the situation is not improving,” the head of Crimea admitted. “For those visits that took place, as a result of the inspection, either deception of specific officials or an absolutely negligent attitude towards the work being carried out was recorded.”
The administration of Feodosia did not even turn an ear after the government landings. Only the head of the territorial body in Koktebel realized that things were bad and wrote a letter of resignation on his own. Aksenov will devote the beginning of next week to a tour of Feodosia and communication with residents, the results of which he will talk about on June 22 live at a meeting on problematic issues in the region.
Feodosia blogger Alexander Talipov proposes that in case of resignation, the administration managers should be exiled to Kaliningrad, where they sent everyone who wanted to take part in a competition for the lease of municipal property or land. All applications were accepted in the city of Gusev, Kaliningrad region, and the auction took place there. Remote participation in the auction was not provided.
