Aksyonov demands a show trial of Crimeans who hid their trips to pandemic hotspots

Crimeans who hid the facts of their trips abroad, to countries where the coronavirus epidemic is raging, will be prosecuted.

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, announced this within the framework of a meeting of the headquarters for combating coronavirus and demanded that such residents of the republic be “sent through the stages,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“When will we have the first person convicted of concealing this information? Right here is the first character - take it and practice it on the first one you come across, practice all the hand-to-hand combat techniques.

It’s simple, everything that is possible - everyone else will be disgraced in this case. They will understand that the light has not fallen like a wedge on them.

I personally ask everyone by name, those who have been exposed in terms of concealing information, to quickly work out the practice of criminal prosecution. And form the practice of condemnation. As soon as the first one goes to the stage, colleagues, everything will immediately fall into place,” said Aksenov.
