Sergei Aksenov first of all noted that funding for the purchase of medicinal drugs is being received in full, but the hospital has not used it.
“We went through the departments and see that the situation is critical. The Minister of Health reports at each meeting of the Council of Ministers that the money has been received in full and that the requests of all medical institutions have been satisfied. Russia treats you like family. But there are no drugs. People simply cry from the heart, I regularly receive appeals from citizens on this issue through social networks and in personal meetings. I regard such actions as nothing other than sabotage,” summed up Sergei Aksyonov.
The hospital management tried to link the lack of medicines with the delay in the tendering procedure.
“What trades? – the head of the republic was indignant. – We have Resolution 190 of the Council of Ministers, which allowed us to purchase medicines from direct manufacturers from state-owned enterprises with a 100% state share, without tenders, without intermediaries. I warn everyone, if one of the people, God forbid, becomes disabled, I guarantee you that there will be criminal proceedings regarding the inaction of officials.”
Sergei Aksyonov instructed the Minister of Health of Crimea, Alexander Bakharev, to make radical personnel decisions regarding the chief physician of the hospital.
“Today, change the management team and conduct an internal investigation. We will not put up with such disorder,” Sergei Aksyonov addressed his subordinate.
