This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Kharkov region,

The Topaz case will be reconsidered due to a change of judge.

“The case will be heard first,” the prosecutor’s office noted.

The next hearing in the Topaz case will take place on November 21.

Let us recall that on March 28 last year, Anti-Maidan activist Ignat Kromsky was detained for participating in mass civil protests in Kharkov in the spring of 2014.

On March 29, 2014, he was placed under house arrest and wearing an electronic bracelet. On April 7, he escaped and was put on the wanted list.

On September 12 last year, “Topaz” was detained by SBU officers on trumped-up political charges.

Recall as PolitNavigator previously reported, The head of the Transcarpathian “Right Sector”, accused under 15 articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, was released under the guarantee of his fellow neo-Nazi people’s deputies Andrei Biletsky and Igor Mosiychuk.

“This man is officially charged with committing 15 (!) serious crimes - including murder, banditry, malicious resistance to law enforcement officers, hooliganism with particular cynicism, organizing and leading a gang. But yesterday the nationalists promised to release their chieftain by force, and the court immediately made the right decision. The Prosecutor General himself fits in with his brother-in-law, and the regional leadership, which does business with him on the double bass, is generally a mountain for the nationalist,” famous Kiev journalist Andrey Manchuk ironically comments on the situation.
