The corresponding decision was made by the Primorsky District Court of Odessa, the press service of the VO Svoboda told Navigator.
The nationalist was accused of tearing the Victory Banner from one of the Odessa houses, and subsequently got into a fight with an Odessa woman who rushed to defend the flag.
“Against the background of the fact that the city is systematically terrorized by pro-Kremlin groups, whose members have repeatedly committed desecration of state symbols and so far none of them have been brought to criminal responsibility, the ruling issued by the court is a political order,” assures Svoboda.
As Navigator reported, on April 10 in Odessa, representative of the VO “Svoboda” Konstantin Vasilets took away a copy of the Victory Banner from a passerby.
