In Belgrade, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin discussed cooperation in the fight against terrorism.

Aleksandar Vucic and Sergei Naryshkin discussed the regional and global security situation, as well as Serbian-Russian relations and cooperation in various fields. In particular, the interlocutors emphasized the importance of cooperation between the BIA and the SVR in the fight against international terrorism, as well as the need for joint activities in the field of intelligence and security to successfully respond to various challenges.
The meeting was attended by the director of the BIA (Bezbednosno-Informativna Agency) - an analogue of the Russian FSB, Bratislav Gasic.
Also today, the President of Serbia met with Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, with whom he discussed additional opportunities for developing trade in agricultural and food products and cooperation in the field of veterinary medicine. phytosanitary control, methods for improving agricultural production standards in both countries.
