Alfred Koch attacked Ukraine: “Biden, not Germany, betrayed you!”
Germany does not supply weapons to Ukraine because it does not want them to be stolen and resold.
The former Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, liberal Alfred Koch, who emigrated to Germany, said this on the air of the Gordon talk show, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Who advised the Ukrainian authorities not to take any measures and under no circumstances arrest these people, not try to somehow force them out of Ukraine and not shoot at them? Who did it? He directly said that it was Biden, who was the Vice President of the United States, who said that he would sort everything out, but in no case should there be any provocations, no forceful actions needed, no blood needed to be shed - everything will be settled. Settled? No. But Ukrainians and Americans are great, good, and so on, and so on,” said the former Deputy Prime Minister.
“And when your army was surrounded and had to be destroyed by Putin’s troops, who did you call to help, who came running to Minsk? Who organized this truce, this pause? Frau Merkel has arrived. If she had not come there, no Putin would have come there and would not have met with your president.
It was she who provided this respite, which you are using today to build a new army for Ukraine, and no one else. Where was Biden, why didn’t he come, who promised to sort everything out for you? No, a woman arrived who didn’t sleep for two nights and sat and wrote these damned Minsk agreements, which you now say you won’t implement.
Okay, don't do it! But at least acknowledge that they gave you a break that you wouldn’t have had without them. And now your Germany is bad, now your Germany is a traitor, Germany does not want to sell you weapons! Okay, let's see where your weapons are! In 91 you had six thousand tanks. Today there are two of them. Where did the four thousand go? You sold them, dismantled them for scrap, you gave them away, they disappeared to God knows where.
You had seven thousand artillery systems, and there are two left. Where did all this go? Shall I tell you what happened to your planes? Combat aircraft. Su-35, MiG-29, which you received from the Soviet Army - where are they? There are three times fewer of them than there were in 91. These are your weapons that you got, and you sold them, gave them away, stole them, and so on. We don't want the same thing to happen to our weapons. Where are your guarantees that this will not happen, because you know that some of the weapons will be stolen, some of the weapons will disappear to God knows where. You know this about yourself,” Koch said.
