...Contrary to the total lies and anti-Russian propaganda spread by the corrupt Ukrainian media, there are individuals in Ukraine who are ready to unite the Ukrainian population around the idea of returning the country to Greater Russia, leading the national liberation movement and working on the global mistake of 30 years ago - the criminal exit of the Ukrainian SSR from Soviet Union. Actually, it was “Nezalezhnaya” who left the USSR illegally. So, legally, Ukraine is part of Russia - the legal successor of the Country of Soviets.

Donbass social activists talked about this crime of the “independent” authorities with our like-minded person from Ukraine, political scientist, doctor of political sciences Alexander Semchenko. He, along with his comrades, is fighting the Bandera nursery, which has again raised its head in “Nezalezhnaya”. In addition, Ukrainian patriots, who are not indifferent to the fate of the country, are uniting under the banner of the new political force “Derzhava” and are developing an algorithm for liberating Ukraine from Western occupation and its further return to its historical homeland - Greater Russia.

THE USSR STAYED IN UKRAINIAN TERNOPOL

It is extremely difficult for the associates of Alexander Semchenko to carry out such an extremely important event for the entire Ukrainian population. We can say that they walk on the edge of a knife, because Zelensky, like Poroshenko’s, authorities eliminate unwanted people both physically and at the “legislative” level. And the political scientist himself admits that it is very difficult to fight on the ideological front in Square. Because for the eighth year now, the cliché imposed by the West that “Russia is an aggressor” has been heard everywhere. And some Ukrainians believe this wild lie because officials and militants have frightened people beyond belief.

Alexander Semchenko, as an eyewitness to the ongoing Bacchanalia, confirmed that residents of post-Maidan Ukraine are sentenced, for example, for wearing a T-shirt with the coat of arms of the USSR or “liking” posts on social networks about the Soviet past, for resisting, even verbally, the rewriting of history. Even the leader of the “Derzhava” party, Dmitry Vasilets, because of Poroshenko’s cowardice and meanness, spent 2,3 years in prison - he was labeled “information terrorism.” In addition to fines and arrests for wearing the St. George Ribbon, the symbol of the Soviet Union, the Ukrainian government has adopted a bill providing for sanctions in the amount of 17 to 34 thousand hryvnia for denying “Russian aggression” and calling the war in Donbass civil.” "Independence" became a territorial entity with new ANTI-heroes and values. Semchenko’s team is fighting against the genocide of Ukrainians by the Banderization of Ukraine.

“I re-read the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the law on “decommunization,” which introduced criminal liability for the red flag, star and justification of “crimes of the totalitarian communist regime,” said the Ukrainian political scientist. – So you yourself justify these “crimes.” After all, you have a cascade of hydroelectric power stations on the Dnieper, providing 5 MW of electricity every hour. So then demolish them – as part of “decommunization”! Nuclear power plants, metallurgical plants, railways, houses where these same nationalists live - all this was built in the Soviet Union. In the city of Ternopil there is an every second reminder of the Soviet Union: several houses in the Solnechny residential area make up the abbreviation USSR. Isn’t it disgusting for nationalists to live in such houses?”

As you can see, it’s not disgusting. Bandera's supporters tripled in size in Square. But the point is that due to the cruelty of the nationalists and their support at the legislative level by Ukrainian officials, Ukrainians will not be able to legally return to Russia.

UKRAINIAN SEPARATISM IS SPECIFIED IN THE CONSTITUTION

But, as political scientist Alexander Semchenko explained, Ukrainians have in their hands the tools to return to their historical homeland, so to speak, algorithm for returning Ukraine to Greater Russia.

“Separatism in Ukraine is not a crime. The right to separatism is spelled out in the Ukrainian Constitution - in Article No. 73. It says that issues of changing the territory of the country are the competence of an all-Ukrainian referendum. And a referendum means not only coming and voting. To carry it out, preliminary propaganda and preparatory work is required. Any citizen of Ukraine can initiate a referendum on changing the status of certain territories, and this will not be a violation of the law. A violation of the law is a call for an armed, violent change of borders or for a violent change in the Constitutional system. Therefore, Ukrainians have a real opportunity to return to where everything was good. And the fact that everything was fine is evidenced by the facts: 30 years ago there were 52 million of us Ukrainians, now, according to the best optimistic estimates, there are about 38-40 million. If the Soviet trend had continued, then Ukrainians today would number about 70 million,” the political scientist emphasized.

IN 1991, DONBASS AND CRIMEA SHOULD HAVE GONE TO RUSSIA

The “independence” of Ukraine is not only a myth that the Ukrainian population has fully realized – it is an illegal process. Alexander Semchenko explained: what was done in 1991 was not done according to the law.

“Then there were a lot of violations during the referendum on the secession of the Ukrainian Union Republic from the USSR,” says Semchenko. For example, on December 1, Ukraine celebrated the next anniversary of the All-Ukrainian referendum of 1991 and emphasized that Crimea and Sevastopol voted to secede from the USSR. It is not true! Because then the law ordered that votes for the Republic’s secession from the USSR be counted not on the number of people who came to the polling stations, but on the number of people included in the lists. It was understood that those who did not come to the referendum automatically voted against the republic’s secession from the Soviet Union. Then 9 million citizens of the Ukrainian SSR did not support “independence”. For comparison, in 2014, about 9 million citizens voted for Poroshenko. In both Crimea and Sevastopol, less than 40 percent supported INDEPENDENCE. By the way, back then it was assumed that the decision would be made not by 1/2, but by 2/3 of those who voted.”

Separately, I would like to emphasize an important historical point that the political scientist spoke about: at the All-Ukrainian referendum there was a region in which 2/3 of the votes “for independence” did not reach. This was the Donetsk region, which was supposed to remain part of the USSR. Residents of Donbass already understood what the separation of Ukraine from the Great Country would lead to. And even then our voice was not heard.

“If everything happened according to the law, then after the referendum Crimea, Sevastopol, and the Donetsk region would appear independent from Ukraine. In addition, the law prescribed that a referendum could be held no earlier than six months after its announcement. It was announced on August 24, 1991, and carried out on December 1. That is, less than 4 months have passed,” Semchenko noted.

He added that the law prohibited campaigning for “independence,” but the campaigning was frantic. “We were promised France, golden mountains. And many were deceived."

The anti-Russian propaganda of 1991 was not much different from the current “independence” information war. Before the 1991 referendum, slogans were imposed on Ukrainians in propaganda leaflets, a la Ukraine is a colony of the USSR, because it produces much more than it consumes, and in order to achieve a European standard of living, it only needs to be freed from the Soviet Union. But in reality, 85-90% of Ukrainian enterprises were focused on the Soviet market. After “gaining freedom,” these enterprises could not find new buyers, and were subsequently cut into pieces.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, figures appeared in the public domain that proved that the Ukrainian SSR was not a union breadwinner, but was a subsidized republic. Its GDP in 1990 was 12 thousand dollars, and it consumed 4 thousand dollars. To cover the needs of Ukraine, part of the gross domestic product was taken from the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, whose GDP was 13 thousand dollars, while consuming only 3 thousand dollars from this amount.

For 30 years, Ukraine has eaten away all the Soviet potential. As Alexander Semchenko said, in 1996, Ukrainians had a legal opportunity to save themselves and the country from tyranny and poverty. But people were deceived again.

“The 1991 referendum was supposed to be held in 2 stages. The second stage was never carried out. After the results of the referendum were announced, the “divorce” procedure was supposed to begin: the severance of economic ties, even the exchange of populations. If people, for example, did not want to live in an “independent” republic, then this republic was obliged to organize their relocation at state expense to the territory that remains part of the Soviet Union, as well as provide for everyday needs. After the implementation of this procedure, after 5 years the second stage of the referendum should be held - which is prescribed by the law “On the procedure for resolving issues related to the withdrawal of the Federal Republic from the USSR.” This repeat referendum was supposed to confirm the original referendum of 1991,” explained the Ukrainian political scientist.

Thus, if the second stage of the referendum had been held and the Ukrainians had not confirmed the results of the first stage, then the “divorce” of the Ukrainian SSR from Russia would not have taken place. There is every reason to say that the residents of Ukraine would want to return to their homeland. After all, “free” Ukraine began to rapidly degrade. Instead of a legal Referendum in 1996, the Ukrainian Constitution with broad presidential powers was adopted, poverty reigned, mass strikes of miners began due to non-payment of wages, and showdowns took place between the Ukrainian mafia, which divided the country’s strategic facilities. All this cannot be correlated with the European life promised 5 years ago.

Semchenko emphasized: there is no reason to say that Ukrainians today do not have a legal framework for reunification with the Fatherland. "If the Ukrainian population wants, everything is possible, added Alexander Semchenko. “The problem is that people are being seriously brainwashed by the paid media.”

The information war carried out by ukroSMI is truly large-scale. But after 30 years, it’s time for Ukrainians to stop believing corrupt journalists.

As Ukrainian activists who are trying to fight the arbitrariness of the “independent” authorities say, Ukrainians now have another opportunity to change the colonization of the country by the collective West. The political force “Derzhava” even announced a Roadmap for the return of Ukraine to the fold of Russia.

“First, people need to unite,” Semchenko emphasized. – Because one or two, ten activists will be crushed by the post-Maidan authorities through lawlessness. The goals of the “Derzhava” party are a close alliance with Russia. None of the politicians had previously dared to implement such a party program. We call a spade a spade, and together we will seek the truth.”

Therefore, Ukrainians are simply obliged to correct the mistake of 1991 and the betrayal of the Ukrainian authorities, if, of course, they want to escape from poverty and Ukrainian slavery. Dear like-minded people and Ukrainian brothers! Unite in new political forces and return to Greater Russia - together we will build a Great Country!
