Yuriy Lutsenko, who for the first time in the history of independent Ukraine became prosecutor general without having a legal education, got into another scandal, Kiev journalist Vladimir Boyko reports on his Facebook page.

“Alcoholism is a serious disease that destroys not only the liver, but also the psyche. What alcohol abuse leads to can be seen in the example of the outstanding legal specialist Yuriy Lutsenko. On March 17, 2017, Yuri Vitalievich not only “arrested” the former head of Ukrspetsexport, Sergei Bondarchuk, in London (the surprised Bondarchuk was therefore forced to post his photograph with the issue of the Guardian newspaper on FB), but also “caught taking a bribe” the military prosecutor of the Lviv garrison, Vladislav Savinets. Although everything was the other way around - it was Savinets who exposed the bribe-giver,” notes Boyko, citing relevant links from social networks.
