America will spend $22,7 billion on the latest fighter-bombers

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) writes about this with reference to the company.
The total amount of the contract is $22,7 billion. According to plans, deliveries should be completed before 2023. Lockheed Martin also received a contract to supply eight MH-60 helicopters, the deal valued at $388 million.
At the end of October, flights of a number of F-35s were grounded after the planes were diagnosed with a malfunction in the fuel supply system. The exact number of fighters that were banned from taking off was not stated.
This was the second flight suspension in a month. On October 11, all F-35s were grounded after the newest F-35B fighter jet crashed in South Carolina.
