Russian political scientist Sergei Markov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If the Ukrainian government refuses to implement the Minsk agreements, which were approved by the European Union, then we will have to, in accordance with the UN Charter, which requires ensuring human rights, protecting the lives of people, in particular, several million people living, to begin the process of legal recognition of the DPR/LPR, and after that signing a military treaty of mutual assistance with them.
I think this will be the absolutely correct decision. If Vladimir Zelensky wants such a development of events, then he must keep his provocateur Bessmertny in this place, even if he keeps his war criminal Avakov - then he must know that he is going in this direction.

A Ukrainian journalist serving the Kiev regime, author of the Russian Kommersant, Yanina Sokolovskaya, also commented on the news that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has trained 800 special forces for the “de-occupation” of Donbass.
“In my opinion, this is an excellent decision, because we all already understand that we will absolutely never need international peacekeepers.
