“We see that the negotiations that are being conducted around Donbass are not within the framework of the interests that official Kyiv defends. Therefore, the president and other government officials need to change the situation in essence. This is what these attacks may be connected with,” Denisov said.
In his opinion, the United States understands perfectly well what is happening, but will prefer not to react.
“The Americans understand very well the tricks of their Ukrainian partners. Another thing is that it is very often convenient for them that Ukraine agrees to this kind of provocation. The United States exclusively pursues its own geopolitical goals, which often differ from Ukrainian ones, but when it is beneficial for them, they turn a blind eye to such attacks,” the expert added.
