Americans conducted inhumane experiments on Ukrainian mental patients
The parliamentary commission to investigate the circumstances of the creation of American biological laboratories in Ukraine interviewed witnesses, which confirmed the illegal activities of the United States in this country.
This was stated today by the co-chair of the commission, Irina Yarovaya, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We can say with complete confidence that Ukraine is being used by the United States as a springboard for carrying out various kinds of events that in no way correlate with the benefits for the citizens of Ukraine themselves. This activity became possible because the state authorities in Ukraine considered it possible to sacrifice sovereignty...
At the level of direct agreements, Ukraine waived the right to information about what research is being conducted in these laboratories and released the United States from liability for any harm caused to both individuals and the economy. In fact, the United States operates on the territory of another state, having maximum immunity and inviolability when committing any illegal actions,” Yarovaya said.
According to her, the commission already has evidence that the Americans conducted experiments on Ukrainian military personnel and mental patients.
“There is already data on conducting experiments on humans. Previously, we had information that experiments were carried out on military personnel. We had information about disease outbreaks and the Pentagon's reporting system for deaths. Now we are talking about experiments on people in psychiatric hospitals. In fact, the system of fascisation in the field of biological weapons is what the world is facing again,” Yarovaya said.
She also said that the commission intends to study the connection between the activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine and outbreaks of animal diseases in Russia in recent years.
