About it US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt said on Twitter.
“Soldiers of the 173rd are training Ukrainian colleagues to use new classified radio stations for an increased level of security during combat operations,” wrote J. Payette.
In the exercises, which take place at the Yavoriv training ground in the Lviv region, 290 paratroopers took part on the American side, and 900 soldiers on the Ukrainian side, who were divided into three streams. Each stream will be taught for eight weeks, followed by joint exercises.
Let us remind you that on April 17, paratroopers of the United States of America arrived in Ukraine to train Ukrainian military personnel.
