“If you decide to drink alcohol, it’s better to choose red wine. It, unlike cocktails or strong drinks, has at least something healthy in it. Namely, the substance resveratrol, which is beneficial for the health of the heart and blood vessels,” she wrote.

And about. The minister emphasized that there is no safe dose of alcohol.

“In any case, by drinking alcohol, you risk your health. We urge you to reduce your consumption until you completely stop. If you decide to drink alcohol, do it consciously: you don’t need to snack excessively - this will not save you from intoxication,” Suprun noted.
