Kyiv, July 21 (Navigator, Kirill Boyarin, Sergei Stepanov) – The version promoted by the Americans and the pro-Western government in Kiev about the involvement of Russia or pro-Russian rebels in the death of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass is falling apart, military experts say.
Today, the representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, General Andrei Kartapolov, released data from objective control of the General Staff, which recorded that the area where the Boeing crashed fell within the coverage area of the divisions of the Buk complexes, which at that moment Ukraine had pulled into the Donbass. Moreover, not far from the Boeing on the civil aviation route, a Ukrainian Su-25 was spotted, the armament of which includes an air-to-air missile.
The Boeing that day, as is known, deviated from its usual route by 14 km. Now we have to decipher the “black boxes” to find out the reason - whether it was a crew error, or instructions from the dispatcher from Dnepropetrovsk.
It is noteworthy that the Russian military showed pictures of radar readings, unlike the Americans, who claimed to have photographs from satellites, but never showed them.

This scenario was played out in order to turn the cold war into a hot one,” Georgy Kryuchkov, the former head of the Supreme Rabble’s Committee on National Security, told Navigator.
“In this day and age, shooting down planes is a dangerous joke. Americans talk about data from their travelers about rocket launches. But in 2012, they said the same thing - citing satellite and intelligence data, they accused the landing ships of the Russian Navy of transporting weapons to Syria. “If an international commission is created, it must answer the question: why the plane flew that course and establish the cause of the accident. This should be said by international experts, not individuals in Ukraine,” the intelligence officer adds.
The official Kyiv version is also refuted by DPR government consultant Roman Manekin.
“De jure there is a so-called state of Ukraine. And she controls the airspace. The DPR has neither an air defense system nor dispatchers. The DPR cannot in any way be held responsible for the events that occur in the skies of Ukraine. As for the practical aspect, the DPR does not even technically have the ability to carry out these acts. There are many aspects. For example, the bombing continues now, despite the fact that a tragedy has occurred. We are being deliberately provoked. Secondly, for the fourth day now the corpses have been lying in the forty-degree heat. Why is Kyiv delaying the international commission? For what purpose is this being done? At the same time, the UN is trying to push through some kind of resolution on the admission of specialists - let them come, for God’s sake. We've been waiting for them since day one. On the one hand, we declared a moratorium on military operations so that the commission could work in a safe environment, and Kyiv refused such a moratorium. We are sitting and waiting for the commission, which is being detained in Kyiv. How can we talk about our guilt to everyone?! Why does the DPR need this? Not only do we not have such systems, but look at the members of our government and military leaders - is there at least one military specialist there?! Our huge problem is that there are no military specialists and there are not enough weapons. If this were all there, we would, with our fighting spirit and mass support in the Donbass, drive this junta head over heels to Xiang,” argues Manekin.
“The accusations that are now being made by various countries and leaders are very strange and dubious from the point of view of normal international relations, because, as we know, such tragedies are always first investigated, and then, based on the findings, some conclusions are made . Now we see a completely opposite picture, when people run ahead of the locomotive, when representatives of the United States draw some conclusions, and then representatives of Ukraine follow them. Here we can already conclude that the Ukrainian authorities are not independent, and the United States is telling them what to do. I think there is very little time left before we will see evidence, because we remember very well what the United States does with the evidence base. Here it is appropriate to recall the weapons of mass destruction that they allegedly saw in Iraq and invaded there. They shouted both at UN sessions and in the press that they had evidence, but in the end they did not find any weapons. I think that in the next week or two the “black boxes” will be deciphered, and we will find out who is really to blame for this tragedy,” predicts political scientist Denis Denisov.
“There is still too little information to put forward any versions of the tragedy. Especially at such a high level. Special commissions should collect materials, conduct investigations, examinations, so that, based on the facts, they can draw any conclusions and give comments,” agrees former high-ranking official of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Valeriy Muntiyan.
“It is beneficial for Ukraine to shift the blame for this tragedy from its own shoulders to others, because if its guilt is proven, its rating in the eyes of the world community will fall below the plinth. To say that the plane was shot down by DPR forces is absurd, because they do not have equipment to monitor the airspace. There are a million versions as to who could have done this. To the point that in the morning I saw this version that this is beneficial for Kolomoisky, because then it will be shown how Poroshenko is unable to keep the situation under control,” explains Kiev political scientist Alexander Bulavin.
