American Democrats make Zelensky's team Trump's accomplices - media
Assistant to President Vladimir Zelensky Andriy Ermak refutes part of the statement of American Democrats, which states that he allegedly discussed an “exchange of services” with an official from Donald Trump’s team, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

It is reported that we are talking about a meeting between Andrei Ermak and the US Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland in Warsaw. In testimony to Congress, the American said he discussed an “exchange of favors” with Yermak, which included the transfer of military aid to Ukraine.
Ermak said that he encountered Sondland in the corridor, he remembers this meeting, but there was no talk of an “exchange of services.” According to him, they simply discussed how well the meeting had gone.
“In short, now, after Ermak’s refutation of Sondland’s words, the accusation of abuse of power voiced yesterday against Trump is becoming shaky. Sondland's word against Ermak's. Ukraine is again being dragged into a bad movement, and it is extremely difficult to get out of all this. The Ukrainian authorities have clearly decided that they are on Trump’s side. There is no other way out; the Democrats are essentially making them Trump’s accomplices. Whether the bet will work out, or whether everything will turn out like the story between Poroshenko and Clinton, we will find out in 2020,” the Kiev publication Klymenko Time comments on the situation.
