This was announced by the head of the Russian Center for Nuclear Risk Reduction Sergei Ryzhkov.
The joint US-Italy mission will conduct an observation flight on an American OS-135B surveillance aircraft from the Novosibirsk airfield.
Similar flights were carried out from July 20 to 25.
Then, observers from the United States and Ukraine flew over Russia.
