An American general called the hands of the Ukrainian military “unreliable” for precision missiles

“The request should be made for precision missiles, complex indirect fire systems, counter-battery radars, radars for defense against Russian missiles,” Petraeus answered the question of what types of weapons and military technologies Ukraine should ask from the United States, based on Russia’s current arsenal of weapons .

“It never ceases to amaze me. The way the Ukrainian army, which has not fought for decades, has been so successfully opposing the very professional and combative army of the Russians for the last five years.
