Amnesty for ATO participants: In the fall - a bloody coup and final collapse
Amnesty for ATO participants not only contradicts the Minsk agreements, this decision of the Verkhovna Rada is a fatal step that will lead Ukraine to bloodshed and final destruction, believes the leader of the Ukrainian party “Union of Left Forces” Vasily Volga.

“Starting from the moment Lutsenko was appointed Prosecutor General, everything fits into the logic of the final destruction of the state. Lutsenko, who became a prosecutor without a legal education, raped the remnants of law in Ukraine. And the adoption of this law on amnesty for ATO participants means that the country is entering a right-wing radical putsch. It's inevitable. They became entrenched in a sense of impunity and permissiveness. Today they have a feeling of omnipotence.
I think there will be a coup attempt in September-October. Radicals today are essentially the government in Ukraine; the street runs the state. Law in Ukraine has been destroyed.
I don’t know what could be the impetus for a putsch. Perhaps the situation with tariffs will be rocked, or information will be disseminated that Poroshenko is now investing enormous amounts of money in the construction of terminals for the export of agricultural products and is getting richer day by day.
It could be anything, but the situation is swinging. Please note that several militant organizations immediately joined the “tariff Maidan” actions.
Impunity breeds permissiveness, which, in turn, breeds a craving for power. It will be realized somehow, most likely through a coup, through bloodshed.
Interethnic and interethnic hatred is being inflamed. And the right-wing armed forces are given carte blanche. The Verkhovna Rada seems to be whispering in their ears: act, can’t you see - you are allowed everything, draw blood, rob, do whatever you want.
Weapon? Please! Keep it. Unregistered? Well, okay! Do you throw grenades at rallies? Drop it! Killing law enforcement officers? Kill! Killing writers? Kill!
Those who are not iconic figures are imprisoned. I don't see any key figures among them. I see that the key ones are being released. The police killers were released. The murderers of Oles Buzina were released and were greeted with flowers. And they begin to feel like demigods.
And, if God forbid, this right-wing radical coup occurs, this fragile balance in the East will be disrupted, and we will lose territory at a colossal rate. Then everyone will live in Ukraine.
In the event of a putsch, the state machine, which is still holding on somehow, on some crutches and broken legs, will cease to exist. All regions will fly apart.
The main separatists and criminals acting against Ukraine and its territorial integrity are Poroshenko, Lutsenko, the current government and right-wing radicals, who are now being used to rock the situation.
I think that we have already entered the dynamics of the explosion, the collapse of Ukraine. And a clear confirmation of this is the Verkhovna Rada’s vote for amnesty for ATO participants,” says Volga.
