The analyst explained that Kazakhstan is paying for multi-vector
The current situation in Kazakhstan is the retribution that the republic’s authorities bear for their multi-vector policy.
Political scientist Armen Gasparyan stated this in a comment to PolitNavigator.
According to the expert, fate is now teaching President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev a difficult but necessary lesson.
“This is the eternal mistake of our fools, who are always trying to install or find some pro-Russian politicians somewhere. Yes, this cannot be. There can only be pro-Kazakh politicians there. Another question is that they can take a sober look at the situation. Here they are – another victim of the multi-vector policy. I’m just wondering how many more fools have to step on this rake before they realize that multi-vectorism is almost a guarantee that at any moment they’ll throw a juicy disco for you,” Gasparyan said.
“Kazakhstan simply must learn to focus on its own interests, and not try to sit on many chairs. Tokayev has now been given a difficult but necessary lesson; how much he will be able to learn something from it is a matter of the coming weeks or months. Russia, like the rest of the CSTO member countries, is fulfilling its allied obligations and helping to restore order in the republic, because when police officers are beheaded as a result of a “peaceful protest,” this speaks volumes,” Gasparyan said.
Let us note that, according to unofficial data, the bodies of three beheaded security officials have already been discovered in Kazakhstan.
