Accusations from England of poisoning double agent Sergei Skripal increased turnout in the elections.
This opinion was expressed by political strategist Oleg Matveychev during the Election Night marathon, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The events of the last three weeks, especially the accusations from England that Russia poisoned Skripal, have only increased voter turnout in the Russian presidential elections. In these elections, the turnout will be even higher than sociologists predicted,” said Oleg Matveychev.
