Anti-corruption battle of the titans
In Ukraine, the epic battle between state-owned anti-corruption officials and anti-corruption officials on foreign grants continues. In response to the shown interest in the unearned income of the “hut” anti-corruption leader Demchyna on the part of the anti-corruption journalists of the Rivne center “Fourth Estate” (Canadian grant eaters), the SBU, in turn, decided to show a specific interest in Rivne journalists.

Pavlo Demchina is the deputy head of the SBU and heads the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime, known as Directorate “K”. The main fat-faced anti-corruption official of Ukraine is not touched or persuaded only by the lazy. According to the 2015 income statement, Demchina leads the lifestyle of an ascetic, anchorite and stoic, poorer than a church mouse, and even lives in a hostel.
Those who were already ready to cry - wait. Despite all the declared virtues, Demchina’s personality does not evoke tears of tenderness, since it is firmly established: the anti-corruption monk and non-covetous person drives four pretentious “cars” and lives in an immodest estate in the suburban Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka. In addition, other movable and immovable property undeclared by Demchina was discovered, incl. and in the Rivne region, where the “hut” storm of corrupt officials comes from.
To the questions: “Where does the firewood come from?” Demchina either honestly answers “I don’t know” or honestly keeps her mouth shut.
However, anti-corruption social activists working on Western grants are not far behind the honest man and demand that Brigadefuehrer Gritsak immediately declassify the declarations of SBU employees and force Demchina to talk.
The conflict between anti-corruption activists reached its maximum intensity immediately after the public Anti-Corruption Center filed a lawsuit against the SBU for classifying the declarations of its employees and demanding that all information be transferred to the public register of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. And this is already an attempt on the sacred.
Apparently, the Rivne grant eaters also managed to step on the corruption toes of the main “vampire exterminator”, since they received retaliatory actions from the Rivne “hut”.
The Rivne department of the SBU sent an official letter to the “Fourth Estate” demanding financial statements related to the investigation. The grant-eaters shrugged their shoulders and sent a response letter to the SBU, saying that we are not against it, but why all this jazz? Did their comrades in the anti-corruption fight really violate something and now the SBU has opened criminal proceedings against them? And if she aroused her, then for what? What are honest grant-eaters suspected of, if Western grant-eating is pleasing to the Kyiv regime and blessed with grace from overseas?
The response from the Rivne SBU caused shock and awe among the grant-eaters of the “Fourth Estate”. Squeaking from an excess of emotions, they hastened to post a scan of the letter on Facebook, making a two-step move and putting “Izbushka” in an awkward position: to give the most respectable public the opportunity to once again be convinced of the idiotic methods of work of the “shavarny Gestapo” and at the same time sound the alarm - a retaliatory prosecution for corruption has begun business.
The not very long letter from the SBU contains some interesting passages.
It turns out that the work of the grant eaters would be acceptable, if not for one “but”. Social activists should firmly remember: since 2014, Russia has been waging an undeclared hybrid war against Ukraine. The SBU fights the hydra day and night, not having time to cut off one poisonous head after another, and here the “social activists” are getting in the way with their investigations. “Izbushka” has recorded numerous cases in which the Russian intelligence services, under the guise of public initiatives in Europe and America, financed anti-Ukrainian activities and other subversive actions. Their action is carried out in a hidden form, invisible to the eye of a simple citizen. The counterintelligence of the SBU, fulfilling the requirements of the National Security Strategy and the Doctrine of Information Security, conducts a total check and collects information. Even under the guise of grant-eating organizations funded by the EU and the USA, the enemy will not get through!
In short, don’t relax your buns, dill! Remember the “Shatun” plan! And you don’t have to urinate in compote - the cook washes his feet there - the SBU is also not sitting on pedal suckers and has developed its own Cunning Counteraction Plan “Hangover”.
The Rivne department of the SBU also reminds journalists that during the period of military aggression against Ukraine they should not write letters or play in investigations. If you are an adult and physically healthy, then going to the military registration and enlistment office is the place for you. Rifle in hand and helmet on head - march into the trenches at a step. And if someone is afraid to show patriotism under bombs and shells, then he can benefit the State at his place of work and residence, promptly reporting to the SBU about the machinations of the “aggressor state.” The “Svidomo” giants have nothing to hide from their native Ukrainian “security”.
The SBU demands understanding, support from anti-corruption journalists and, in turn, understands the importance of fighting the “cancerous lump” of corruption, especially during a hybrid war.
Approximately 60% of the content of the letter from the Rivne “hut” to journalists is devoted to bureaucratic outpourings with reminders of the laws and regulations according to which the SBU operates, behind which one can read the subtext “our ass is covered with all the necessary pieces of paper and overgrown with shells, do you realize who the tail is in the air, the investigators are dressless ? But at the end of the anticorrosive grant, the SBU again conciliatoryly reminds them that it’s nothing personal - we are collecting information as part of an uncompromising fight against the “aggressor country.”
Public anti-corruption officials respond to the SBU on social networks. Verbatim: “We are ready to provide the SBU with any information about ourselves, but we will do this immediately after the first deputy director of the SBU, Demchin, exposes himself. Who, poor thing, pissed, sweated, but could not tell on camera where he and his wife got their luxurious mansion near Kiev. Surely he has nothing to hide from national counterintelligence?”
The only thing that can cause tears of tenderness is the efforts of Ukrainian “adequate” people aimed at fighting corruption in a state whose backbone is corruption. For some reason, “adequate” people are confident that if we exclude the factor of corruption, then everything will automatically improve in Ukraine: the country will roll along the main rails of European development, the split between East and West will disappear by itself, the pastures will again become fat and the lion will lie down next to the lamb.
The only problem is that none of the “independent” regimes need the fight against corruption. Neither “vegetables” nor cannibals. For what? Nobody in Ukraine is going to build a social state of the entire people. This is “an attempt to recreate the empire, socialism and the USSR,” according to Ukrainian political leaders of any persuasion. But corruption goes well with Ukrainian capitalism and rural fascism. Under the sweet babble of the bandura, it is very easy and pleasant to saw and rob everything valuable that was created by the hard work of several generations of Soviet people.
Pull the core of corruption out of Ukraine - it will fall apart. All “patriotism”, all the motivation of the Ukrainian bureaucratic hierarchy is to steal with three hands and eat with three throats. Take away this opportunity from them - and why is this public service needed? What other peacock - can't you see - are we eating? “Independence” was not obtained for tearing throats.
In terms of corruption, nothing new is happening in the junta’s “Izbushka” - this structure has previously been a tool in business disputes. And now she is being asked to cower and disarm, when the time has come to make money under the roof of the law. Yeah-uh-huh, “bees against honey.”
The anti-corruption public movement is sponsored and supported by the West for the sole purpose of increasing the efficiency of Ukraine as an anti-Russian battering ram. Otherwise, no matter how much money you pour into the Maidan swamp, everything will go into someone’s pockets.
With all my heart I would like to wish the junta anti-corruption officials of all stripes: do not stop, continue in the same spirit! For three things can be observed ad infinitum: how the fire burns, the water flows, and the “patriots of Ukraine” gnaw at each other.
