“The DPR declares itself as a state with all the attributes of a state, including the Constitution. And according to their own Constitution, the chairman of the People’s Council of the DPR cannot fulfill the duties of head of the republic. So the DPR in this regard is no better than Ukraine after the Maidan.
Pushilin is Turchinov. After the Maidan, Turchinov took the position illegally, and Pushilin took the position as acting. the head of the DPR is illegal.
I'm not talking about his personal qualities, I'm talking about the law by which, as they themselves said, they were going to live. And Pushilin did the same thing as Turchinov did in his time.
