This was stated by the head of NABU, Interfax Ukraine reports.

“Let's just say that not everything is going smoothly with the Wall project. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done: actual inspection, study of estimate documentation, carrying out examinations and audits. So far we see certain inconsistencies, but it is too early to talk about the damage and the perpetrators,” Sytnik said.

“There were different people responsible for each site, a fairly large circle of people who needed to be worked through and, accordingly, decisions made,” he added.
