Anti-Semites promise to hang Zelensky over tariffs
The head of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee, Eduard Dolinsky, published a photograph of anti-Semitic graffiti taken on the Kyiv-Korosten train: the authors of the picture depicted a gallows, with a Star of David in place of the hanged man.
“For tariffs - a tribunal,” reads the inscription made in Russian. Based on this, commentators sarcastically note, if necessary, the SBU, protecting Vladimir Zelensky, will certainly be able to get on the “Russian trail.”
In Ukraine, after Euromaidan, tariffs increased tenfold. Raising prices is one of the main demands of the IMF, which is seeking repayment of loans and interest on them at the expense of funds siphoned by the government from the population of Ukraine.
As is known, before the start of Euromaidan, Russia offered Ukraine participation in the Customs Union, multi-billion dollar loans and preferential gas tariffs. All this was rejected for the sake of an association agreement with the EU, which ultimately turned out to be unprofitable for Kyiv.
