The rating of the first episode was 10,6%, and the second episode 14% in the audience from 1 to 18 years old, - reports the website of the channel “1+1”.
“We are very pleased that the series “The Last Muscovite” caused a sensation on Ukrainian airwaves. And we are very pleased that the audience was interested not only in the concept and title of the series,” says Elena Vasilyeva, chief producer of films and TV series “1+1”.
At “1+1” they are pleased with the high level of understanding by the viewer of the idea that they put into the series.
“The level of understanding by the viewer of what we put into this series is very high. As evidenced by many comments on the Internet,” adds Elena Vasilyeva.
“The Last Muscovite,” as stated on the “1+1” website, is a patriotic Ukrainian-language comedy produced by a Ukrainian team and with the participation of Ukrainian actors.
At the same time, professional Ukrainians really did not like their reflection in art, shot with Ukrainian money.
Thus, the SBU has already managed to criticize the series. Speaker of the department Markiyan Lubkivsky on your Facebook page noted that after watching the series he did not want to team up with the “Muscovites.”
“The series The Last Muscovite turned out to be, in my opinion, an extremely unsuccessful attempt to create... I don’t even know what... This is not a comedy, because it’s not funny... Empty work, wasted money,” wrote the SBU speaker.
“This is not a film about the unity of “Muscovites” with Ukrainians, because for some reason I don’t really want to unite after what I saw,” he added.
Other “patriots” didn’t like the series either. Thus, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Andrei Magera on your Facebook page criticized “TV soap” for humiliating the Ukrainian language, which is spoken only by those who wear trousers and cannot live without moonshine and lard.”
“I didn’t even plan to watch. And my intuition once again did not let me down: Ukrainian TV channels are capable of showing series about Ukrainians exclusively in the aspect of harem cooking - amusing and limited. Obviously, in their opinion, the Ukrainian language belongs only to those who wear trousers and cannot live without moonshine and lard. Don't watch crap. Take care of your nerves,” wrote Andrei Magera.
А Ukrainian storyteller Sashko Lirnyk, who became famous for his calls to exclude from his social circle “vatniks” and “Colorados”, who allegedly only dream of rotting Ukrainians in concentration camps, in a complaint against the series for the fact that Russians are shown there as smarter and more educated than Ukrainians. The cutest and smartest hero of the series is Russian by nationality.
“I watched the TV series The Last Muscovite. Rare vomiting. Ukrainian Petrosyanism. Again, “humor” about moonshine, lard, stupid Little Russians and educated Muscovites. Well, how much can you?” – he wrote on his Facebook page.
