People's Deputy Anton Gerashchenko stated this on Radio Vesti.
According to him, only 25% of the city’s residents remain who are “ready to die.”
“What remains there is no longer the civilian population, but those people who have taken responsibility for their lives and are ready to live in conditions where they could die any day,” Gerashchenko said.
