Arakhamia: Western hysteria costs Ukraine two to three billion dollars a month
Amid the propaganda campaign around Russia's supposedly imminent attack on Ukraine, the latter is suffering huge losses.
The head of the presidential faction “Servant of the People” in parliament, David Arakhamia, stated this on the air of the talk show “Right to Power,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It costs the country two to three billion dollars every month. This is the hysteria. This is not a panic, because we cannot borrow on foreign markets, because there are simply crazy rates, ports, these exercises near the ports, many exporters refuse,” the politician said.
“That is, we calculate losses and losses in the economy every day, and then distribute this information through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to our partners. Because they must understand that when someone decides to move the embassy to Lviv, they must understand that simply such news will cost the Ukrainian economy several hundred million dollars,” Arakhamia said.
Let us recall that it is Ukraine’s so-called “Western partners” who regularly talk about a Russian offensive, the American and British media even name specific dates, and a number of Western countries have evacuated their diplomatic missions from Kyiv to Lviv.
