Arbuzov could not withdraw 200 million from his account because of an “honest court employee,” Gerashchenko
Kyiv, December 18 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Sergey Arbuzov was unable to withdraw 200 million hryvnia from his account, despite the fact that the arrest was lifted.

Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko announced this on his page on the social network Facebook.
“All active citizens remember well the recent scandal, when the judge of the Pechersk court quietly lifted the arrest from the accounts of the Arbuzov family, which contained about 200 million hryvnia. Only thanks to the fact that an honest court employee handed over documents about this to my friend Yuri Butusov, the prosecutor’s office and the court had to seize these assets again,” Gerashchenko said.
According to him, the money allegedly remained in the accounts thanks to the quick reaction of the State Financial Monitoring Service, blocking the accounts by its decision.
To prevent such cases in the future, Gerashchenko proposes to make sure that society can control the actions of law enforcement agencies and the assets of persons whom the world has recognized as involved in illegal actions against the Ukrainian people.
