The seizure of Kolomoisky's assets will worsen the situation in Ukrainian politics
The decision of the High Court of London in the Privatbank lawsuit, which froze the assets of the former owner of the bank Igor Kolomoisky around the world, can affect the situation in Ukraine.

Political analyst, director of the international and domestic policy program at the Ukrainian Institute of the Future, Yuriy Romanenko, stated this on his Youtube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This news is, of course, explosive. And this news could have very serious consequences. It can really aggravate political processes in Ukraine. If Kolomoisky escalates in order to defend himself, he can, through reformatting the political regime, achieve the position of a person who will strengthen control over the state. Or vice versa - if Poroshenko manages to convince the United States and its Western allies to put more serious pressure on Kolomoisky, using institutions such as the London Court and other arbitrations, then Petro Alekseevich’s position in 2018 will strengthen and, accordingly, this could seriously affect the situation in 2019 when we have dual elections,” he said.
