Tanker arrest: Here's KVN for you!
Today’s arrest of a Russian tanker near Izmail is another evidence of the failure of the policy on Ukraine, says ex-speaker of the DPR Foreign Ministry Konstantin Dolgov.
“If you can seize Vyshinsky, Mefedov, Kimakovsky and other Russians with impunity, if you can marinate them in prison for years, then why not seize a Russian tanker? Especially if, out of naivety, he himself decided to enter the Ukrainian port. Until we begin to react as harshly as possible, like the United States, like Israel, to the oppression of our citizens outside the borders of Russia, the seizures will continue, and Russians will be taken hostage. And you need to position yourself in such a way that at the mere thought of a possible capture, a potential terrorist immediately has an oil painting in his head: how his genitals are slowly pinched with pliers by smiling polite people,” Dolgov writes in his blog.
“In the story of the arrest of a Russian tanker in Izmail, which helped Russian border guards block the passage under the Kerch Bridge, what is most pleasing is the idiocy of the owners who sent it for repairs to Izmail. Well, really, where is the logic? Was it not clear what would happen?
…Again. In Ukraine, Russia is considered a) an aggressor b) an occupier. Officially. At the legislative level. Does anyone really think that under these conditions sending Russian ships to Ukraine is a good idea?” – notes the editor of the Odessa publication “Timer” Yuri Tkachev.
“How did it happen that he entered a port on Ukrainian territory, where Ukrainian security forces were able to capture him?
And it turned out this way because neither the crew, nor the captain, nor the shipowners have any idea that Ukraine is a threat. That Ukraine considers itself in a state of war with Russia. That Ukraine is an anti-Russian state.
Why don’t all these people have such an idea?
But because everywhere, from federal television to Telegram, one expert opinion absolutely dominates regarding Ukraine: “gee-gee! crests! Clowns are jumping! Parasyuk, Gavrylyuk, KVN!” Well, here’s KVN…” states ex-deputy of the Odessa City Council Alexander Vasilyev.
