The arrested former people's deputy from “Svoboda” Sirotyuk was released under house arrest. Yarosh took him on bail
The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv changed the measure of restraint for ex-people's deputy, member of the VO "Svoboda" Yuriy Sirotyuk from detention to house arrest.

The court refused to satisfy the prosecutor's request to continue Sirotyuk's detention until January 7, 2016 and chose a measure of restraint for him in the form of house arrest from November 10.
The preventive measure stipulates that the suspect must be at home from 20:00 to 7:00 every day.
“On November 9 at 24:00 we are preparing to meet Yuri Sirotyuk near the Lukyanovsky pre-trial detention center - he is being released under night house arrest. The judge refused to satisfy the prosecutor’s request!” - reported on the page of VO “Svoboda” on Facebook.
Sirotyuk was taken on bail by People's Deputy Dmitry Yarosh.
On September 11, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv decided to arrest for 60 days the former people's deputy from the VO “Svoboda” Yuriy Sirotyuk in criminal proceedings regarding the riots near the Verkhovna Rada on August 31, 2015.
In turn, Oleg Lyashko’s ally, People’s Deputy Andrei Lozovoy, congratulated Sirotyuk on his release from the pre-trial detention center under house arrest, writing on his social network page: “The system has failed.”
