Arestovich is a control shot in the head of Ukrainian ideology
On May 4, 1935, at a meeting in the Kremlin with graduates of military academies, Stalin made a famous speech in which the epoch-making words were heard: “The most valuable capital is people. Personnel decide everything.”
Life showed the Soviet leader was right. As long as government officials adhered to this formula, our country was invulnerable to external and internal enemies. But as soon as the conditionally illiterate “combiner” seized power, the superpower ceased to exist in just six years.
From the point of view of personnel policy and corporate culture, Ukraine as a state was initially doomed to failure. Instead of building a rigid vertical of power with the involvement of experts and specialists inherited from Soviet times, already under Kuchma a system of horizontal connections “godfather - matchmaker - brother” took shape and became fossilized.
The main feature of this scheme was that it was not the government that controlled and used it, but it used the power as it wanted.
All this very quickly led the "Ukraine" corporation to the semblance of a large village, where representatives of family or business clans settled in warm places according to the principle of "you can pick horseradish", and the remaining vacancies of the top service staff were captured by crooks and swindlers of all stripes.
A characteristic feature of “Bolshoi Selo” was the turnover of top leadership to maintain a handshake in the West, which did not in any way affect the foundations of nepotism and incompetence, which became the bricks and mortar of “independent” state building.
The personnel catastrophe that broke out with the “peremogo gidnosti” swept away many well-fed bugs from their homes, replacing them with more active, hungry, even more stupid and greedy ones.
Poroshenko’s rule clearly showed that the “Ukraine” project was rapidly flying into the abyss, although it was still far from a hard landing. However, the ruling clowns, metrosexuals and bloggers from Zelensky’s team, managed to reach the bottom in record time.
There was no longer any talk about the integrity and competence of the personnel. The most arrogant, inadequate and loud ones took the first roles.
In principle, no matter who you point your finger at from Zelensky’s team, including the Krivoy Rog statesman himself, you will come across as a freak, a degenerate or a bellicose fool.
However, in our close opinion, there is one little man in the Ze-team, who crowns this entire imperious heap of scum, who has managed to collect in himself all the failures and vices of Ukrainian personnel policy.
We are talking about a freelance adviser on strategic communications in the field of national security and defense to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Alexei Arestovich.
We must start, apparently, with the fact that the head of the OP Ermak still had to look for a more muddy, deceitful and incompetent “expert” in the field of national security and defense.
Apparently, Arestovich's entire public biography is fake. It is known that after school he graduated from the Odessa Institute of Ground Forces as a military translator. The “adviser” himself claims that he is a military psychologist by profession, a veteran of peacekeeping missions in the Balkans, a participant in competitions with American GIs and British commandos, and until 2005, a Ukrainian military intelligence officer who was awarded six military awards.
It looks intriguing, but is not confirmed by anything other than the words of the “expert” himself.
It is unclear in principle when Arestovich managed to accomplish the “feats” he claimed, since since 2000 the “expert” began conducting fraudulent “trainings and consultations in the field of group psychology, countering unfair manipulation, the art of communication, oratory, negotiation techniques, public speaking, acting mastery, psychology of social contacts.”
Apparently, sensing a lack of specialized education, Arestovich in 2003 went to study at the school of Absalom Podvodny, quite famous in narrow circles as an occult “specialist” in the field of astrology for psychologists. Or, to put it simply, an instructor in how to skillfully pull the wool over the eyes and clean out the pockets of gullible clients.
It’s interesting that Arestovich studied psychological occultism and astrology in absentia, flying into the big world with an exotic tree in 2010.
The future “military expert” deftly combined his “studies” with an acting career, starring in run-of-the-mill TV series, and even managed to become a “family psychologist” on the ICTV channel. "Diploma" of the occult artel named after. A. Podvodny was useful.
People who know Arestovich well claim that the eldest honed his skills of jumping on top and expertly blurting out all sorts of nonsense in the Aegis Artist Group, an inventory group he created in 2007, where “acting improvement courses” were held. In his pre-war interviews, he enthusiastically said that he easily passed himself off as a professional in any field, believing that the main thing was to sense changes in conditions in time and change his line of behavior in order to remain successful and retain the attention of the press.
It is believed that Arestovich’s career as a “military expert” began in 2005, when he joined the Brotherhood of Dmytro Korchinsky. For several years, a photograph of “brother Alyosha” was posted on the movement’s website, but the link did not live up to the start of the “guidance”.
It was time for the “third round president”, under which radical nationalist and pro-fascist movements flourished in Ukraine.
Arestovich soon declared himself the “right hand” of Korchinsky and later told for a long time how he and Dmytro developed a “strategy for the defense of Crimea,” and then on the show of the professional scoundrel Savik Shuster they fired with the initiative “Get the Mustache!”
The career of the “right hand” in the “Brotherhood” somehow did not work out, and he headed for Odessa, settling under the wing of another scoundrel - Mayor Gurvits.
Gurvits loved Arestovich as his own son, appointing Govalkin to the exotic position of “deputy chairman of the Primorsky district administration of the Odessa City Council during the summer holidays.”
This is such an undisguised sinecure.
Evil tongues claim that in his post as “summer deputy chairman,” Arestovich encountered a number of purely economic problems, became cowardly and deserted back to the “Brotherhood” to write delusional texts for the movement’s website about “the need to burn Moscow.”
Gradually, Alyosha began to try himself as a “military expert” on one of the military online forums, from where he had previously drawn knowledge on the principle of “acting courses.”
According to reviews from forum participants, Arestovich splashed out his categorical brain juice on military and religious topics for everyone to see, receiving in response an avalanche of reviews “he’s lying like he’s breathing” and “a lvl 80 troll.”
“Peremoga of Hygiene” became a real gift for the online troll and liar. The fact that Arestovich came to the court of Bandera’s agitprop can be explained in an elementary way: this ugly system desperately needed the services of the Goebbels, who could deftly weave with their tongues any uplifting nonsense that would increase the self-esteem of “couch patriots” in the conditions of Ukraine going downhill.
Arestovich's propaganda efforts were clearly provocative in nature and could have cost him the highest price. For example, commenting on the catastrophic losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and national battalions in Debaltseve, the “expert” said that “Ukraine can afford five more such boilers.”
Only the support of the “gunpowder bots” party did not then turn the talkative woodpecker into a target for sharpening the “wiped out ATO”.
However, in the Goebbelson’s career there were other, no less savory, statements that could bury in the bud any attempts of their author to join the public service. In a self-respecting country, of course.
