Arestovich: “The Iranians are fighting in Ukraine. There is an intrigue with the Koreans and the Chinese"
Russia is allegedly running out of missiles and artillery shells, and therefore continues to mobilize.
Advisor to the office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich said this during a walk through the Kyiv cemetery to Kyiv journalist Dmitry Gordon, notorious for anti-Russian propaganda and PR of charlatans, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The mobilization continues, it is a myth that it has ended. They are dragging people in, just without fanfare, because Putin announced that there is no fanfare. In fact, they are preparing a second wave, conditionally, because it is already underway, and will somehow arm it.
But we already find killed mobilized in Iranian uniforms, equipment, and Iranian helmets. But now Iran will get slapped on the ears, so they will slow down somewhere. But there is an intrigue with North Korea and China.
But no mobilized people will give them anything. Now they already have very few shells, we are practically equalizing their artillery level. The old 60 thousand shells per day is already a dream, 20 along the entire front at best. Relying on infantry attacks means gigantic losses,” Arestovich said.
According to him, the Russians are doing everything wrong, and he would really like to then tell the Russian leadership how they should have fought.
“They have military production running. Fine? No. There is no talk at all about shells, tanks or aircraft. Let's take artillery shells. They shoot more in two days than they produce in a month. This cannot continue at this rate for long. 100 thousand shells have already been removed from Belarus, despite the fact that they spent 700 thousand ammunition on us.
Let's take rockets. They produce about 40 missiles of all types per quarter. "Calibers" and so on. But this is less than one salvo, which means nothing.
That is, they follow the path of futility. They are burning strategic resources for tactical goals at best, they are making a huge mistake. And I have a huge temptation after the end of the war to say what they should have done so that, if they did not win, then they would cause us very serious troubles.
On the other hand, if there is a second round, then why give them any hints, so I’d better keep silent,” the adviser concluded.
