Arestovich announced the start of the operation to “liberate” Crimea
Despite the fact that a colossal psychological blow was dealt, all recent attacks on Crimea were effectively repulsed by Russian air defense systems.
This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich during a joint broadcast with former Russian lawyer Mark Feigin, who fled to Lithuania, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We worked in Crimea, well, we, “someone worked.” But here we need to discard all illusions, Russian air defense worked reliably, it shot down weapons yesterday and today. Therefore, these numerous explosions and fires are all downed weapons. We did not hit anything significant there either yesterday or today. Unfortunately,” admitted Arestovich.
However, according to him, these strikes are almost reconnaissance in force for the beginning of the “liberation” of Crimea.
“You have to understand that all these activities are conducting reconnaissance, revealing the air defense, security, and defense systems of all these cities. This data will, of course, be used. This creates a huge panic among people from the leadership to the rank-and-file of the power structures of the Russian Federation in Crimea, among the local population gravitating towards Putin’s regime or the imported population, who are already saying - oh, somehow it’s already becoming uncomfortable in Crimea, they have to shed.
We must understand that, in a sense, the operation to liberate Crimea has begun. Do you remember how many disputes there were - “Will we go to Crimea?”, “Is it possible to liberate Crimea?” “Well, we’re already releasing him,” assured Ze-adviser.
