He said that together with the Crimean nationalist and extremist Vladimir Balukh, who was released as part of an exchange between Kyiv and Moscow, he drafted a deputy request to the president’s office demanding to share information about convicted persons pardoned by Zelensky at the beginning of the month.

In response to a request, the head of the office confirmed that, in accordance with the presidential decree, on October 7, 2021, 31 military personnel were pardoned and released from further serving their sentences, however, this document contains personal data of convicts, family members and other interested parties who did not consent to their distribution .

“Balukh and I had reasonable suspicions that among the 31 military personnel pardoned by Zelensky there were those convicted of treason and collaboration with the enemy. The Decree does not contain a list of persons. The answer could have removed suspicions, but only strengthened them! Protection of personal information? Is it true? By this logic, can all decrees with specific names be classified? Who has the president appointed to any commission or National Security and Defense Council? We won’t say because it’s personal data. Who is Ermak’s next adviser? None of your business!" – said Ariev.

“In fact, the information Balukh and I requested is open: names, names and under what article he was convicted. All. An attempt to hide data is corruption, and I sent a second appeal. Society should know who Zelensky pardoned, and whether there are any traitors to the oath. But Ermak is not afraid of responsibility. For now,” the deputy added.
