They were not participants in the negotiation process and were not responsible for anything in particular.
Mr. Poroshenko always tried to talk about this in such semi-Aesopian language. Everyone understood perfectly well what was going on, that he was not going to comply with Minsk, that in any case he was seeking a military solution to the conflict.
And now, please, the Prosecutor General openly makes statements of this kind so that no one has any illusions.
