Armen Gasparyan: Undermining the OSCE car is a provocation of Poroshenko’s special services
Today bombing of an OSCE mission observer's vehicle in the LPR - a provocation by the special services of Petro Poroshenko, so that Kyiv would once again have a reason to declare the need to send an armed contingent loyal to the Ukrainian side into Donbass.

“I would like to be wrong, but it seems to me that the Ukrainian special services were behind the bombing of the OSCE mission vehicle. This is a scheme that has been worked out many times - to stage some kind of provocation in the Donbass and immediately after that start a massive PR campaign abroad saying that “it is necessary to introduce a mission of armed observers,” or better yet, some kind of “peacekeeping contingent.”
Ukraine has demonstrated this many times. In recent weeks there has been a certain pause associated with the restructuring of the world geopolitical configuration. Now, apparently, they are returning to the old practice, demonstrating a categorical reluctance to achieve peace in the region,” Gasparyan explained.
