“The Ukrainian government is engaged in deliberate genocide of the population of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. This includes the elimination of all social benefits, a trade and economic blockade, and armed action. Not only Donetsk and Lugansk are suffering - the Ukrainian authorities behave in exactly the same way towards their own citizens.
From this point of view, the program launched by the leadership of the DPR and LPR contains two important components. The first is political, thereby showing that the DPR/LPR are state entities. The second is public. Thus, the leadership of the LDPR shows how important social security and security of citizens are, not only their own, but also those living in the territories still controlled by Ukraine.
