“The armies of the LDPR are the backbone of the modern Russian army” - Moiseev
The equipment of the LPR and DPR military is much worse than that of the Russian army, but the Donbass fighters are much better motivated.
A Kharkov activist and political emigrant, leader of the Triune Rus' movement, writer and publicist stated this on the “Royal Cross” YouTube channel Sergey Moiseev, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
“We see that the army of Donetsk and Lugansk performed well and maintained their combat capability. That is, it is equipped an order of magnitude lower than the Russian army. Everything is missing. When I saw the Luhansk residents at our checkpoints, this is the army of 45, only instead of PPSh they have AKM, also from 72. I also had an AKM, my same age as '72. But they are very well motivated.
If before this there are well-equipped National Guardsmen standing at the checkpoint, but if a National Guardsman runs up to me and asks what should I tell the population, he asks me what we are doing here. The Russian Guard asks me, but Lugansk residents will never approach me with such a question,” he noted.
“Luhansk residents know perfectly well why and how. And they can very quickly explain in intelligible Russian what they are doing here - and why he came, and why he will go further. These are motivated warriors, on whom all hope is now in the sense that they are the main backbone of the current modern Russian army. They will already teach the Russian army how to fight. They will give the spiritual component and share it,” Moiseev concluded.
