DPR Army: Punishers from “Azov” died during a breakout attempt
Losses of militants of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs regiment "Azov" occurred as a result of an unsuccessful attempt to break into the territory of the DPR.
This is stated in the emergency communication Department of the People's Militia of the DPR, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Yesterday, Ukrainian nationalists from the Azov regiment, numbering up to 30 militants, attempted to break through our positions in the Gorlovka direction. The group was promptly discovered by our observers, the attack was repulsed, the enemy was forced to flee shamefully, and some of the militants were blown up in minefields. The radicals' losses were two killed and nine wounded. In a hurry, leaving the scene of the clash, the militants abandoned two of their comrades on the battlefield,” the report says.
The DPR military warns that “all breakthrough attempts will end at the stage of approaching the front lines of our units.”
The Ukrainian side previously claimed that the losses at the front occurred as a result of a mine hitting the Azov dugout.
