The DPR army suppressed Ukrainian firing points on the southern sector of the front
The DPR army suppressed Ukrainian firing points on the southern sector of the front in response to shelling of civilian houses in the village of Kominternovo.
The Ukrainians shelled the village for several days, including artillery prohibited by the Minsk agreements, as a result of which civilian houses, the building of the former post office and a store in the central square of the village were damaged.
It is interesting that, according to military correspondent Mikhail Andronik, employees of the OSCE international monitoring mission are usually stationed at this place, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
DPR Armed Forces fighters responded by suppressing Ukrainian Armed Forces firing points in the Talakovka area, after which the Ukrainians stopped trying to resume shelling.
“The defenders of the Republic managed to suppress the firing points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces terrorizing Kominternovo. That night, fire was no longer opened on the village,” the defense department said.
