Another soldier died from numerous wounds and concussions in the DPR, who went through the entire war from the very beginning and attended all the major battles.
Military correspondent Gennady Dubovoy talks about this wrote on his Facebook, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
“Another defender of Novorossiya has passed away into another world. He died from the consequences of many severe wounds (I lost count of how many he had…) and concussions. Vladimir Anatolyevich Makar. He went through the entire war in the South-West of Russia (he was always indignant at the phrase “conflict in the South-East of Ukraine” and more than once told federal media journalists that, using deliberately incorrect terminology, they were working as instigators of bloodshed),” the military correspondent said.
In addition, Dubovoy notes that the deceased serviceman, who was one of the best fighters of the Vikings battalion, was confident in the inevitability of war long before the first Maidan.
“Makar fought from the beginning of the Slavic epic until yesterday. He was one of the best fighters of the famous Vikings battalion, especially distinguished himself in the battle for Saur-Mogila and in the fierce battle near the village of Spartak, where hundreds of our soldiers remained forever...
He was very fond of Alexander Prokhanov’s books “The Matrix of War”, “The Last Soldier of the Empire”, “Chechen Blues” and others; always in all battles in Makar’s backpack there was one or another volume of Alexander Andreevich, well-read. Having learned that I was collaborating with “Zavtra”, I asked him to take him with me to Moscow one day and introduce him to his favorite writer. It didn’t happen…” recalls the military correspondent.
“Forgive me, brother. And in another reality, don’t forget us. We continue the most terrible - internal, spiritual war - and how it will end for each of us, we do not yet know. You fulfilled your earthly destiny as a true warrior, won Victory in your sector of the front, and now the main thing is revealed to you: “Where Russia ends, there the Kingdom of Heaven begins,” he concluded.
