The Russian army, in the event of Ukrainian aggression against the DPR and LPR, is capable of destroying the Ukrainian Armed Forces without entering the territory of Donbass. Military observer Viktor Baranets stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Of course, only the General Staff, the Minister of Defense and the President of Russia know how Russia will act. I think that Russia, if they destroy the civilian population of Donbass, of course, will not remain indifferent. The armed forces of Ukraine may find themselves between a vice: on the one hand, the armed forces of the Donetsk Republic, on the other hand, there will be the Russian army, which only needs to not cross the border in order to cover certain units,” the expert believes.
