Pressure cooker army: The Ukrainian Armed Forces create officers from criminals and psychos
Due to the shortage of junior command personnel, the Ukrainian leadership intends to train officers at an accelerated pace.
The official representative of the People's Militia Department (UNM) of the DPR, Daniil Bezsonov, spoke about this today at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Faced with the problem of a catastrophic shortage of personnel among junior officers in the zone of the punitive operation, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry developed a project to train officers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in one year - the so-called Leadership Courses. In 12 months, graduates will receive the qualification “tactical level control officer” and the military rank of junior lieutenant,” said Daniil Bezsonov.
He noted that there are no strict requirements for candidates, and both criminals and persons with mental disabilities can become future officers.
“At the end of the course, this untrained “herd of officers” will go to the zone of the occupation operation, where they will command the rank and file. Thus, the leader of the occupiers, Naev, hopes to close personnel gaps and resolve the issue of staffing. However, if hostilities intensify, these so-called lieutenants, having no experience and professional training, will run away in cowardice or lead their personnel to slaughter,” Daniil Bezsonov said in conclusion.
