The relevant details were shared at a press conference in Kyiv by Transcarpathian oligarch Viktor Baloga, who described what was happening in Transcarpathia after the shootout between Right Sector militants and police officers and the actual introduction of the ATO regime in the region.

“There is discomfort because armored vehicles are driving around Uzhgorod, Mukachevo,” describes the situation in the Baloga region. - The boys drink heavily often. Their equipment often breaks down. And all this brings nervousness into the life of communities. But I hope that the president will draw conclusions as soon as possible from the mistakes that were made during the special operation. In fact, special operations should be carried out, but people should see and know this less.”
